David Gagnon, Broker/Owner is a licensed broker and has been a licensed real estate salesman since 1984. He is also a licensed commercial appraiser since 1994. His background started in the fields of Architecture, Building Construction and Construction Management for which he has a bachelors degree and two associate degrees.

Since 1990, he has worked as a commercial appraiser, sales agent and a commercial consultant serving private investors, REITs and institutional owners in an asset management capacity.
